We have been training with Justin for a couple of months now and are surprised to find we are really enjoying our sessions. Justin is fun to work with and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We feel we are making good progress and embedding long term positive habits, which will really improve our wellbeing in our more mature years.

I cant believe the progress I am making with Justin, we connect well and he knows exactly what im capable of, so there is no slacking under his watch!! We have a good laugh whilst I grit my teeth when working hard. He is also excellent at encouraging nutrition, something I have always found hard. Im getting there and bossing it!!
